I record with several different setups.
The trio recordings were recorded with Digital Performer and mixed in Protools. The touch overdubs were done with the Protools MBox.
The loop tunes were recorded in Sonar and mixed in Protools. I also used Acid to arrange the loops in some cases.
The solo tunes were recorded with Protools using direct stereo outputs from the GP-100s and the SP13. The mixing and creation of the sound was done in the mix. I also did simpler two track recordings with the MBox and laptop when I was on the road.
I used the Line 6 Gearbox software and Line 6 UX2 interface also.
